Cagayan de Oro City has been placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine from September 8 to 30, 2021. Given the recent travel restrictions and in accordance with government operating guidelines, Seda Centrio is only allowed to accept:

•Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) who require accommodations pursuant to their official function or duty, except health and emergency frontline services personnel
•Guests travelling for economical, humanitarian or medical purposes and with supporting documents (essential travel)
•Guests travelling for business

Exceptions (not allowed)
•Individuals under 15 and above 65 years old, with comorbidities, or are pregnant
•Guests staying for quarantine

Leisure bookings are not allowed at this time.

Available Amenities/Services:
•Misto Restaurant for a la carte dining (indoor dining at 20% seating capacity and outdoor at 60%)
•Food-to-Go (for pickup)

Other facilities, including the E-lounge, Club Lounge, pool and gym remain temporarily closed.

Basic Travel Requirements for all inbound guests travelling by air, sea, or land:
•Confirmation Letter through OPCoorS by the LGU of Cagayan de Oro Coordination System (
•Generated Travel Permit thru S-PaSS ( as mandated by the National IATF.
•QR Code through Higala App ( as mandated by the Local Government of Cagayan de Oro.
•For non-residents: an authenticated vaccination card must be presented upon check-in as proof of complete immunization with the COVID-19 vaccine (14-15 days must have lapsed from administration of second dose)
